Loved the pool and outdoor space. Restaurant was great

Posada Valle de Guemes provided the perfect respite en route to Somo. The room was large and thoughtfully appointed with everything necessary, including a spectacular view! A beautiful infinity edge pool is available to dip tired toes or to take a siesta next to. The adjacent restaurant was excellent and open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From a delicate croissant to fresh Santona anchovies to savory bean soup to moist carrot cake, all dishes were fantastic! Staff were helpful, attentive, and service-oriented. If you are hiking on the Camino, make sure your itinerary includes this lovely hotel and/or restaurant!
