Irina is the best host I have dealt with. Her communication was exceptional. The apartment was great for us with good facilities. It is up the hill but easily reachable with the moving stairways.
Irina was really welcoming host and we got plenty of information about Santander. The apartment was very clean, cozy and quiet. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated. There was everything you need: modern washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Good location. Bus stops, grocery stores and Mercado de la Esperanza nearby.
Good place to stay. Comfortable, close to downtown - 7 min walk.
The building has no elevator, and might be difficult for people with disabilities. They call it second floor in Spain, in reality it is almost 4rd) It has decent grocery shop at 1st floor, working till 22, a lot of supermarkets in the area.
Overall we liked everything. Highly recommended
Pasamos una noche, el apartamento está reformado, todo nuevo y en buen estado. Bien equipado de menaje. Está situado muy próximo a la Plaza Porticada, a unos 5 minutos andando. En la calle paralela hay rampas mecánicas para subir si deseas evitar las empinadas cuestas.
