Great location, private parking, and smooth check-in. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The apartment was large and well-equipped. It was also located in a great area of Oviedo. We really appreciated the use of the underground parking not too far from the apartment.

Excellent location close to old town, restaurants, supermarket. Great communication with host regarding check in and lots of helpful tips; very thoughtful in providing some drinks and snacks available upon arrival. Very helps to have private parking available, since parking on street is extremely difficult in the area. Basic accommodation but very good for the price.

After a long car drive we arrived at this quiet and perfectly located apartment, a great base for exploring the area. The apartment was nice, very comfortable, well equipped, clean and spacious for the 2 of us. The host met us outside the private parking, just 2 minutes away from the apartment. He was helpful giving us hints on the best way to see the most we could in one afternoon, even leaving for us a water bottle already cool in the refrigerator, ice and coffee, tea, cocoa, cakes, milk, sugar, sweetener for breakfast. The nearby private parking is a plus, just a little bit tricky for bigger cars when entering and exiting but not too much. There are supermarkets, places to have breakfast and restaurants nearby.
