Cozy apartment. Loreto provided clear directions and follow up friendly reminders.
I liked the digital keys. It would have been more accessible if the info/link for the digital keys could be found on the Booking.com "How to Check-in" section. I also liked how the apartment has everything you need, even a washing machine, and that all the air conditioners are quick, quiet, and efficient. The beds are also comfortable.
