It’s size, convenience of two bathrooms on both floors, availability of several kitchen appliances and utensils, cleanliness of the place, well supplied with towels and linens, toilet paper, cleaning products, shampoo and body wash., proximity to public transit and supermarkets.
Centrally located, very easy to connect with staff.
It was cleaned well when I checked in. The size of the flat; the availability of kitchen, laundry supplies. The motorized window shade. Quiet location. Availability of 3 supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Metro station in 3 minutes
Location allows good access to one of the main train stations. Very spacious flat (bigger than what I expected based on photos).
Was really clean and we have all amenities. The owner answer all the time. It even had books, very nice detail
