We just needed a one night stopover in Madrid and this was perfect for 4 of us. It is close to Atocha so within walking distance of plenty of sights. The place was exactly as pictured and had all we needed for the night.
Checkin was simple with easy instructions for the coded door entry.
If you want to be within a 15-20 minute walk to the sights but out of the main tourist area, this is a great place to stay. Plenty of local bars and restaurants close by.

The apartment is new and is greatly supplied with everything you might need and even more (like phone charger and cosmetics staff). Beds are comfortable, atmosphere is very cosy. The location is also good, 2 mints walking from metro and 10-15 months from central area near Atocha. We had a great stay!

La ubicación está bien para ir caminando al centro. El apartamento muy limpio y nuevo. La anfitriona fue muy detallosa y amable; en todo momento respondió a nuestras dudas. Repetiré sin duda.
