Very clean new , we took family suite is so nice and big
The rooms were amazing, large with all of the conveniences (hair dryer, shampoo, bathrobe, and slippers). The breakfast was great. Staff are lovely and very clean. Our balcony looked over the center court which was nice.
The room was big and clean with the beautiful view of the tennis courts, the spa and the environment of the hotel was perfect for tennis and even sports lovers
Breakfast was wonderful. I ordered dinner off the menu the 1st day but then found the buffet and really loved it. I ate too much while I was there.
Front Desk Omar was so kind and helpful, especially with getting a taxi back to Palma. Both waiters Eduardo and Johnny were delightful and made an old lady feel comfortable.
the property has everything. My husband swam in the pool and had a haircut. Buffets were great and staff are very accommodating.
