First, location. This apartment is right in the middle of Lavapies. 15 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. 3 minutes to the Metro. The neighborhood is filled with diverse and delicious restaurants: Indian/Pakistani, African, Asian, and of course, typical Spanish. Lots of neiborhood bars and restaurants to choose from. Second, the apartment. It is very quiet inside. Easy access with electronic and physical keys. It is quite large, with confortable furniture. The beds are very comfortable as well. A/C and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The dishwasher and washing machine are great additions. The host was very easy to work with, and was able to allow us an early check-in. Overall great stay, and we would stay here again!

The apartment was large and lovely decorated. It had all amenities needed. Great communication with the host. We loved the high ceilings. The mattress was divine. A Carrefour shop was 3 minutes away. It was open 24/7. There are so many bars and restaurants around. La Reina Sofia museum was near. As was the lovely Retiro park; a must for a morning jog!

It was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms - excellent for sharing with a friend. It was well equipped and in a good location, close to a Metro station and shops. Very clean and pleasant.
