Great apartment with everything you need for self catering. 24 hour supermarket on ground floor lots of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk and just 20 minutes to the beach.
Clean and tidy, decent bathroom, well equipped kitchen, good value for money, nice lage balcony,

Great overall position, very close to Los Cristianos and to highway. H24 supermarket in the building. Apartment has everything you need for a short staying and it's quite silence district at night. Anastasia is very nice person
+ Balcony was very spacious. Also, it was in the shadow all day, which I liked a lot.
+ Location was good. It's near the Passarella shopping center and couple of minimarkets. Distance to beach is little over 1km.
+ Fairly silent. You could hear the noise in the balcony, but not much in the bedroom.
+ Great pool area with cheap drinks. Pint was 2€.
+ There were ramps and elevators for those with disabilities.
+ Good selection of pans and pots and other kitchen utensils. Only thing missing was larger kitchen knife.
+ Washing machine is a huge plus.
