Decent price, private parking, well fitted with most needed equipment although some of the stuff a little outdated now. Private gate with remote and private parking space was amazing to have. Private pool of decent size for residents which we had to ourselves as not many people there. Are very quiet in April.
Fantastic location close to the mini market and all other amenities
not overcrowded area with community pool and good terrace. Walking distance to restaurants and 24h shop. Barbecue full set. Parking for car in underground garage. Good for couple of days stay with kids.
