Friendly staff, easy self check-in if you get in touch early, very comfortable bed. Not a loud street, and really easy walking distance to all the main attractions in town. Great terrace on the roof with nice views. Huge bathroom, lots of hot water.

The location of the hotel was perfect for Ciutadella, you can walk into the action in minutes. The hotel staff was so friendly and very accommodating. I booked day of travel and stayed one night in a regular room and one night in the apartment. The regular room was very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. I loved having the corner room and the windows looking out to the main center. It was very quiet at night. The apartment was huge for one person and would be great for an extended stay, complete with all the necessities of an apartment you need, and a private balcony with space to dry clothes. I really liked the products in the rooms, the free coffee was also enjoyed.

The hotel is exceptional. I was highly impressed by the room. From its decor and simple modern look to the balcony our room had. The hotel's location was perfect. It's at the edge of the city so the noise is a bit lower but everything is within walking distance. Coffee is provided every morning and the front desk is super helpful. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. It's worth having a late picnic while watching the sunset.
