The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and professional. The staff also made contact on a few occasions before we arrived to see if they could organise any trips for us and what type of pillows we would like. They even arranged with the local police to allow our vehicle through the road closure to access the hotel.
The breakfast was exceptional, there was a great choice of food and other items were prepared on request. Coffee and tea were also freshly made on request. .The room was very well appointed, as was the bathroom. 1 class all round.
Boutique hotel feel, with nice finishes throughout, very good food at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner), lovely lounge and patio areas
Everything was perfect. It is new hotel, well decorated, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and dinner. All this in uniq old building and town.

Very tasteful, elegant with warmth. Loved our room and view was breathtaking. Dining was top notch, service professional and friendly. Wonderful breakfast
The hotel is wonderful, the design is super nice and detailed. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, tasty with a lot of varieties. I highly recommend it if you are coming for a few days in la rioja.
