Beautiful, peaceful monastery in the heart of the mountains. Clean and simple, friendly staff, and great food.

In short it - it does what it says on the tin and if solitude, nature and beauty are what you're looking for ? this is it and the reception staff were exceptional, especially when I had an issue with my car having run out of battery and needing to call out a breakdown truck, they made the whole issue of the truck being able to enter and leave the car park and help me resolve my issue with my now invalid ticket car park just not an issue - as they could have been real jobsworths and said "nothing to do with us mate ! " but they made a potentially stressful situation for me of a broken down car less stressful and I am so thankful to them for that :)

Loved the location! Its in the middle of nowhere, in the beautiful Sierra de la Tramunana. Great for going for different hikes! Facilities were great! They even have a Botanic garden! Rooms are just fine Breakfast was a surprise. Nothing fancy but still, couple options are included for those who have healthy limitations such as gluten or lactose
