A possibilidade de aceitar animais, por pedido. O facto de ter estacionamento num prédio a 120 m e mais estacionamento gratuito num espaço a mais 50 m. Localização, muito perto da praia. O apartamento é bom, e está bem decorado. Tem cadeiras de praia e guarda -sol, o que foi muito útil.
