Excelent comunication with the host. Very responsive and helped us settle in quickly.
Apartment was as advertised. This is not a 5 star hotel, the furniture is a bit dated and the appartment building is starting to show its age. I think its from the 90s. But we received the appartment sparkingly clean which made us feel at ease.
Location is close to the beach and Siam Park so excelent for someone who wants to beat the crowds.

Great location, right in the middle of Adeje and las Americas. Apartment was spotless and has everything you need
Apartment on 7th floor was spacious and well equipped. There was plenty of wardrobe, hangers and drawer space. Bed was comfortable. Good size fridge/freezer and kitchen facilities. Shower was good.
Balcony got the sun all day. Decent location. 5 mins walk to beach and to the bus terminal.
Hosts provided good info and responded to requests.
Would stay there again.
