The staff was super helpful with directions on how we could take public transportation to attractions and to the airport. The room was clean and similar to other hotels we stayed at in Spain. They have lockers we could use before check-in. The neighborhood gave us a feel of what it was like to live in the area with all the local restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores.
It was clean, very functional, free storage for luggage for the remainder of the day, even after checkout. The concierge was very helpful.
It is a modern facility, clean and close to the train station and public transit.
The room was nice, bright and clean. The beds were extra comfy, and the pillows were as well. The staff was amazing. Always smiling, friendly and helpful. We came way before check-in, and they had nice storage for our bags and were extra helpful and patient. An apple on the front desk is a nice touch! The wifi was excellent also.
Location is very good and in just 100m there are a lot of points of public transportation.
They upgraded our room from a double room to family room free of charge! Very nice!
