Great location. Tram stop is literally a 2 minute walk away. Fab little supermarket underneath. Refurbished beautifully. Stocked with so many helpful items from cleaning materials and washing powder to toiletries. Owner very accommodating and helpful.
Thank you very much for the brilliant accommodation, with a beautiful view, perfectly equipped kitchen, great bathrooms. Everything is clean, sweet-scented, splended. The owners are very nice and ready to solve any problem immediately. Below the flat there is a grocery and in front of the house there is a tram stop. I recommend it very much! You will find no nicer accommodation.
Good communication and very helpful landlord. Fantastic location, feels like you are on the beach. Wath the sunrise and the beautiful full moon over the sea. Newly renovated, modern and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room (including cleaning products). Two full bathrooms with shower and toilet in both and soaps. Easily accessible, on the second story of building with both stairs and elevator. Private parking right behind apartment. Tram stop right in front of apartment. Beds very comfortable. Even beach umbrellas available.
Perfekter Aufenthalt – besser geht’s nicht! 🌟
Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, in diesem wunderbaren Apartment zu wohnen – und es war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, großzügig geschnitten und bot jede Menge Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Nähe zum Strand war ein echtes Highlight – in wenigen Minuten ist man mit den Füßen im Sand!
🛒 Ein Supermarkt liegt direkt ums Eck, was den Alltag super unkompliziert macht. Und wer Lust auf einen Ausflug nach Alicante hat, steigt einfach vor der Haustüre in die Straßenbahn – bequemer geht’s nicht.
🏖️ Die Poolanlage ist ein Traum: gepflegt, ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Und das Beste? Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach rundum sympathisch – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Ich kann dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen – ob für einen entspannten Urlaub oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
