Great location, nice rooms, great staff. Very near to public transport and tourist area.

Amazing location, right in the centre of great restaurants and bars. Staff were so welcoming, rooms were tided daily and the air conditioning was welcome in the Barcelona heat!

The location was right next to the station which was great and very close to plaza catalunya , and both famous streets . You can easily walk to the gothic quarter as well . Didn’t find it noisy except for one day of a street demonstration but was in the afternoon and didn’t affect my sleep . Richard at reception was very nice ! They have toiletries and u can ask for any extras in the app which was great . Hot water and water pressure were excellent! The check in and check out were very smooth . Didn’t have breakfast in hotel as many nice bakeries are all around ! The view overlooking universitat was nice , I was in room 415 with a balcony . And on hot June , the AC was wonderful !

The staff were absolutely the best! Their professionalism and friendliness made a big difference. There's a lady at the reception—unfortunately, I can't remember her name—but she was especially helpful and very professional. The team is a major reason I would choose this hotel again.

The location was great to walk around the area. It is also nearby the bus stop of the Aerobus Barcelona from the airport to make it convenient for travelers to save money. The room was clean with a nice view from the balcony. The staff were friendly to me. They holded my luggage during the day until the check-in time after 4pm while I was out exploring.
