The apartment is very clean. It is spacious and in an excellent location one minute walk from the beach and near more than one grocery store and there are restaurants nearby and everything you would need is just a short walk away.
The appliances are new. The refrigerator is new and a good brand and works fantastic and makes things cold fast. The air conditioning is central and is also excellent and very quick to cool down the apartment. Great for couples or a small family.
