We were met at the door of the block by Juan; a very pleasant guy who tool us up to the 17th floor in one of lifts. In the apartment we were blown away. Absolutely beautiful; gorgeously decorated, nicely aircon-ed, brilliantly laid out - the photos don't do it justice (loved the walk in wardrobe behind the bed!!) A real stunner and the views were great too. It was only a five minute walk to the supermarket and cashpoints, and just under a 10 minute walk to the railway station and La Nogalera, the town's night life centre - primarily gay with a really nice vibe. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach. Location was good, and was just off Av. Palma de Mallorca / Pl. Costa Del Sol, now a bustling pedestrianised area with sidewalk cafes and tasteful street entertainment. Really really good location
The location was amazing. The property is located close (less than five minutes walk) to everything (grocery store, train station, bus station and main street S.Miguel). The view was exceptional. Since the beach was not a priority, we didn't mind not having a beach front property. The condo was very well equipped and you could see the kitchen appliances are new. Overall, we loved our stay and are considering coming back next year to the same property if it is available for our selected dates.
