Emplacement parfait à 10 minutes à pied d'une superbe crique et du jardin botanique, et à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Calella par le sentier du littoral. Vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée. Résidence très calme. Un salon charmant dans une petite tourelle avec vue sur la mer.
