Nous avons aimé la situation géographique de l’appartement (proche de la plage, de différents commerces, du Luna Park) tout en étant au calme. La décoration était soignée, la présence de la clim est un plus pour nous en cas de forte chaleur. La piscine au sein de la résidence stil mar était propre et grande. Enfin, la communication avec Anna était parfaite, nous reviendrons :).
- Lägenheten hade ett perfekt läge med närhet till strand, livsmedelsaffär och kommunikationer.
Läget mitt i L'Escala gjorde att vi kunde gå eller ta minitåget till de fina stränderns väster och öster om centrum.
- Lägenheten och altanen var sval då den vätte mot norr.
- Trots det centrala läget var huset lugnt beläget omgivet av en välskött stor trädgård och med en mycket stor pool.
- Sängarna hade bekväma madrasser.
Tolle Lage, nur 5-10 min Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Großer Pool und alles war stets sauber
La casa tiene una ubicación única, muy cerca del centro de l´escala unos 10 min andando, y de la playa, no mas de 2-3 minutos. En coche te puedes mover con mucha facilidad por el entorno, playas, calas, pueblos preciosos.
Tiene un supermercado casi enfrente, ademas Carrefour, Mercadona a 5 min en coche. También tiene restaurantes practicamente al lado. La urbanización muy bien conservada, todo muy cuidado, jardin, piscina.
Un punto muy importante tiene parking propio por lo que te olvidas de dar vueltas para aparcar y en verano se agradece tener el coche un poco a la sombra, el parking cubierto.
Apenas usamos el aire acondicionado, en contadas ocasiones, pero funciono perfectamente
