Supposed to have a family room - it was unavailable. Given an 8 person bunk bed room. Sheets on the beds but nothing else. No blankets. No pillow cases.
Stained pillows with nothing over them for us to use them for sleeping.
Incredibly hot - air con unit in the room but not usable. Windows opened but it was very very loud outside with crashing of broken bottles being placed in bins, music and people shouting.
