Location, staff, and breakfast are all very good. Right in the middle of town.
Fantastic location. Hotel was spotless, all staff were really friendly and very efficient. Bed was great, really comfy. Rooms were very quiet and good blackout curtains. Only thing that was missing for me was a kettle, but breakfast coffee was very good.
We were celebrating our Golden Wedding and so booked a junior suite. So we had lots of space, a kettle to make teas and coffees (fresh milk if you ask) and complimentary bar items in the fridge. Good selection for breakfast.
The property was perfectly located. You can pay for the carpark which is extra. Although to be fair there is a perfect car park a very short distance away and cheaper.

Superb location, central with all the historic sites very walkable and easy, Baeza being quite flat. Apart from the main tourist locations there are other wonderful facades on every street.
We enjoyed the tourist train ride around the centre on our first day...it gave a good sense of what was where in the centre.
The hotel had lifts providing easy access to all floors, especially for those like us with mobility problems.
The breakfast was very good.
The bed was comfortable and the room was warm in the evening.
