Communication with host was very good. The entry code was accurate and we were able to get in later than expected due to train delays. Room was clean but a bit small for us as we had two large suitcases. Breakfast was delicious, Sara was delightful, and we loved the upper terrace where we could sit and enjoy the view.

This was a wonderful hotel. The location was great, the staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was very nice, the breakfast was very good, the wifi was fast, and there were clear written instructions of everything in the room. The room was small, but it had everything, including free snacks and drinks. There were two chairs and a small table on the balcony. The bathroom was well working with good shower, high water pressure, and lots of warm water. There were bars and shelves for towels and clothes both in the bathroom and in the actual room. The breakfast was served on the fourth floor, with a glazed-in balcony and nice views. For a longer stay we would appreciate a larger room, but this was just fine for one night, and the price was right.

Very friendly and helpful staff. also the check in and out system was mostly really convenient, you just need to call them if you arrive early otherwise you will stand outside the door

The property was clean, comfortable and in a good location with a large park next door. They provided the most helpful and extensive folder of information I have ever experienced. I was especially grateful on the clear instructions on how to use the a/c. Simple item but I haven’t ever seen that before and remote controls of anything can be frustrating. The instructions to enter and check out of property electronically were clear. The rain head shower was lovely. Bed was comfortable and the rooftop terrace a nice chill spot.

Lovely, clean fresh hotel just minutes from the beach and shopping streets. Huge comfortable bed with lovely pillows. Excellent roomy bathroom with powerful shower and nice fluffy towels. Huge bonus having an iron and hairdryer in the room. Also ironing board on each stairwell for guests use. Buffet breakfast served on the lovely partly enclosed rooftop was plentiful with cereals, juice, tea, coffee, fresh breads and rolls, meat, cheeses, pates jams etc and the most delicious home made marmalade. Self check in, we'd never done that before but instructions were easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
