So nice we booked it twice and extended our stay to 4 nights!
You can’t ask for a better place to stay in Cadiz…it’s far enough away from the main center to be quiet and not crowded yet only a five/eight minute cab ride away.
And it’s as close to the beach as you could ask for!
Also there’s a sushi place nearby (sushi panda) that’s nicely priced and delightful and a gelateria on the corner with the best gelato we’ve had in Spain also very well priced.
Definitely book this place….as a person who reads reviews before booking I can assure you if anyone has anything negative to say about this place it’s either something very minor and tiny or overblown.
Everything! Host was welcoming and readily available, apartment was spacious and the terrace has a gorgeous view of the ocean…literally a block away!

It was very stylish flat, just few steps from the beach and ocean. Everything is very closed - supermarket, parking, bakery, pharmacy. You can walk all the way to old Cadiz along the beach.
Úžasné místo kousek od pláže, nádherný výhled z balkonu na moře, blízkost autobusové zastávky pro spojení do centra. Velký pokoj, kompletně vybavená kuchyně, čistota. Bezproblémové předání klíčů (předem zaslány instrukce i s videem), průběžná komunikace s ubytovatelem.
Apartamento muy bonito, al lado de la playa, con muchos servicios cerca y paradas de autobús en la esquina. La cama muy cómoda.
