The location was great and close to center. The water pressure and warm water was great. And it was clean
Great locality, close to two metro stations and city center, but this street was quiet. Royal palace, Gran Via and Debod in a walking distance. Lot of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Many museums, galeries, parks and Plaza Mayor up to 35 min walk. The furniture and all kitchen equipment was new and clean, bathroom was also clean.
Location is perfect. Accommodation is not big but it is very functional. It is very well eqiped ( washing machines ). Space is enough for two persons, if they can share one bad. I will for sure recommend this accommodation.
The "flat" is a studio, rather small but it is absolutely fine for 1-2 people. It is nicely renovated and has got a lot of items, three quarters of them I did not even use. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee express, iron, toaster, AC, hot plate, tv and more. Cutlery, plates, glasses, some pans, towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel were present. Bed is fine as well. Location is great - in the centre, short walk to several metro stations and some famous places. At the same time the place is in the quiet avenue. The view from the window not the best but it did not bother me. Good communication with host, easy to get the keys regardless of the hour of arrival.
