Pros: - The pool area is the perfect balance between chilled and fun. Such a great space to relax in the day with music and looks as good as the photos. Plenty of shade and sun spots depending on what you are looking for - Cleaners came by every day to replace linen and towels which was very much appreciated - Comfy bed and strong air conditioning - Taxi rank just outside the hotel or a scenic walk to San Antonio - great selection of food and drinks by the pool

The food was absolutely unreal and the vibes by the pool were amazing. A great way to chill in the day before you go out for the evening (Ibiza culture haha). DJ started at 11am so wasn't waking up people and the rooms are quite soundproof so you aren't disturbed by others.

Wow! Was so impressed by Palm Star. Walking into reception you get instant Ibiza boho vibes. The downstairs area is beautiful. A lot of attention to detail around the pool area, the DJ during the day makes it the perfect place to sip cocktails in the sun or wind down after a heavy one the night before. The staff were all really lovely. Location is perfect, just outside the busy strip of San Antonio so you’re away from the hustle and bustle but just a far enough walk away that you can still go and enjoy the atmosphere. I rarely stay in hotels more than once as I like trying different places but I would most definitely stay here again.

The pool area is perfect and looks good too. The food was great and the rooms were basic but clean. Overall good value

Pedro at reception was wonderful, large apartment, great terrace, LOVED the pool and the entire staff, food at the pool was surprisingly delicious and reasonably priced. Everyone was so nice.
