Our apartment was exactly as described. The beds were really comfy and the two shower rooms were good too. The kitchen equipment was of a good standard, including a nespresso machine. They supplied dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid sachets for smaller items which were much appreciated, along with a wash cloth and tea towel. The manual provided comprehensive instructions about the apartment, and how and where to dispose of the rubbish.
The apartment was about ten minutes walk from the town centre but within easy walking distance of the bus station. It was fairly quiet there too which suited our purposes.

Faultless lounge/kitchen area, bedrooms (enormous amount of storage, wardrobe space) & bathrooms.
Great location (near the river & very safe) 10 mins to old town, 5 mins to Gros area, 5 mins to the bus & train stations.
Office is 3 mins walk away where you can store your bags (if required - it was a big help).
San Sebastian is a fantastic City to visit.
