Check in process was a bit confusing. Got the key code right at 3 pm when I was already there waiting.
Location is AMAZING!
Staff was pretty responsive.
Ok, first you have to take into consideration the price. You probably won't find anywhere as nice in the same location for the same price. It's walking distance to most of the attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars around. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and aircon worked very well in the hottest days. Shower has great pressure, soap and shampoo were included with the stay - which is not exactly common for budget accommodation. Communication was quick and easy through whatsapp. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.
The location was perfect. Overlooking Puerta del So,l so close to everything. The room size was good and the facilities were good.
Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y las vistas, es un lugar muy céntrico de Madrid, está ubicado en la estación Puerta de Sol es una maravilla.
Esperamos volver a este alojamiento con mi familia.

Incluso el atendimento de los personales son muy atentos y amable.
Está increíble el hospedaje, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso después de turistear por Madrid, me encantó la atención con las personas fueron súper amables, y aunque fue por vía whatsapp siempre estuvieron al pendiente y fueron muy considerados con todo!! Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este sitio la próxima vez que volvamos a Madrid.
