We are a retired couple and for us tranquility and location was very important. This place met all our expectations and we would definitely consider coming back next year. The apartment is small, but cosy. Had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony is overlooking the smaller swimming pool, but we were not bothered at all. We had a relaxing time, took evening strolls along the promenade. Everything is so nearby which was perfect for us!

Very easy to check in and the host was communicative and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all amenities working and present. I had an issue with the door lock and the locksmith was out to fix it within 20minutes because the host Susi was always on hand with anything I needed and amazing at her job. The neighbours are nice and the maintenance men, security and reception staff were fantastic. 10/10 would absolutely stay again!

The apartment is very close to the beach, shops and the beautiful promenade. Perfect location with walking distance to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Grocery store like Mercadona or Hiperdino are nearby. Easy access from the airport. Easy acces to the building. The apartment was clean and tidy, schulunier and nice. It has all the necessary kitchen or bathroom equipment. Great view from the balcony! The owner was very friendly and helpful. Spotless and everything you need to get rest. I will definitely come back to the same place
