Great location with easy access to the beautiful San Juan beach and nice parking area. Tram and bus stations are right in front of the building and it is very easy to use a public transportation. The unit is nice, bright, and with great view of the Mediterranean Sea, and beautiful sunrise and sunset! Also very well equipped for comfort and everything you may need while away from home. Above all, it was great to meet our super friendly host, Javier, who not only provided many welcome snacks, drinks, beers and wine, but also very valuable restaurant recommendations, transport and other information.

The apartment is a in a great location and was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and answered any questions we had about the area.

Very well appointed with all facilities that could be required. Location was good with the team stop Londres right outside - straight to Alicante. Beach and restaurants very close. Spacious for a one bedroom flat. A bottle of wine, beer in the fridge and snacks were waiting. Javier the host was very friendly and concerned that I should have everything I needed. Very good communication.

Very clean, comfortable bed, even though we didn’t cook kitchen looked well stocked. Nespresso machine.

Very good localisation close to the beach and bars & restaurants, comfortable apartment, nice welcome beer, cola, water, capsules for coffee machine, available parking place. Very good contact and assistance from Javier.
