Incredible yet simple. No drama, just nice, tidy and well located with really helpful staff. I love Madrid and have been here 3 times, got every intention to go back here.

This was our second visit to the hotel and it fully met our expectations. We were given a top floor room that came with the added bonus of a balcony. The breakfast was adequate
