excellent breakfast - the highlight of the day. superb location and excellent staff
Very nice pool area
Everything. The team at Lopesan Costa Meloneras were all very professional and always on hand to help. They went above expectation when I was not feeling well one day. They really looked after me. It was my first time staying at such an establishment in GC. I was soo pleased with everything I will definitely go back.

Quality of rooms although would be nice to have soft furnishings such as rug etc.
Customer service generally excellent apart from 2 members of staff that treated us like children when stating rules of the hotel.
Location is excellent.
We have been to the hotel 4 times and always been unyk we found this time everybody was using jacuzzi even children when it supposed to be 18 so it took the shine off the holiday even people with grey hand bands were using all the facilities.
