WOW! Fantastic apartment in every respect! It is even more beautiful and spacious than it appears online. The owner has thought of everything. Complete dinnerware and cooking utensils, modern appliances including washer/dryer, fantastic enclosed indoor-outdoor patio, reverse osmosis drinking water. The apartment feels very luxurious. Quiet building with front-door guard much of the day. We had one small issue and the owner responded VERY quickly and graciously. Great location--5 minute walk to train station, grocery store, gym. Very quiet, safe neighborhood with many restaurants and taxis nearby. If I return to Valencia I will absolutely reserve this apartment again! Thank you, Alexandre!
Best location, beautiful and spacious apartment. It has a steam iron that I need to buy it for my house now 😃
The location was just perfect, near the Town Hall, so it was very easy to walk to most of the attractions, restaurants and shops.
The apartment is spacious and clean, having a wonderful view from the balcony. It offers a lot of multimedia facilities and you can enjoy a great time there with family or friends.
The host is very friendly and welcoming.
This apartment is wonderfully situated in Ciutat Vella close to everything we wanted to see. It was very comfortable for a family of four. It was quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The showers were dreamy. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated. We really appreciated a washer AND dryer (hard to find in Spain). The view was incredible and we all loved the sun porch.
The location was perfect. The apartment was super clean and quiet. All beds and appliances and furnishings were newer. There were ample supplies for the kitchen and bathroom (which often is missing at rentals). The laundry facilities were a savior for a family traveling as light as we were. Alex and the staff were very responsive and helpful with restaurant and site recommendations. Overall, our favorite place to stay in Spain across 4 cities visited.
