Easy navigation through the app. The doors can be opened with the app too, so that I didn't need to carry a key. Very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk guy, Genaro, was very welcoming and on the last day he was a huge help when I needed to find a solution to store my luggage.
super friendly staff, very helpful - we arrived a few hours earlier than originally planned but was still given early check in with no charge - the staff was really friendly and made us feel at home. The location is unbeatable, 15 minute walk to all major sites.
