Spacious and clean - had everything needed.

Loved it has a dishwasher /washing machine if required.

Ideal base for visiting the area.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful, a short walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby, grocery store in the corner. The tram stop was right outside the door. Francis was terrific. He provided us with lots of useful information about the area and how to use the tram system

Great location. Francis the owner met us at 1 am because our flights were delayed. Checked in with us during the stay and gave us the local tram and bus card which was super helpful. Super helpful and great location close to the beach. Place has got parking and a great pool. In addition there are washing and drying facilities to make it easy in case if emergencies

This property is wonderful. Francis is the perfect host and made everyone happy and relaxed. The apartment was very clean, too. There is a large swimming pool, better for summer than in April. There are tennis courts, too. A cafe is on site which has a bar and it was really nice. The Playa San Juan is just down the street and there are many restaurants on the beach there. We had a lovely lunch there one day. The tram is right in front of the apartment building so easy to get into to Alicante for a visit. This is a lovely part of Alicante, not very far from downtown but still within an easy tram ride or drive or taxi ride, not to mention the apartment location is pretty quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Francis.
