The location is accessible to the supermarkets, nice restaurants and shopping kiosks, the view, the cleanliness, the friendly people around
The view from the terrace is amazing. Location is great. The apartment is close to the beach, restaurants and bars.
Great location, just 2 minutes from the beach, nice view to the ocean. From the balcony you could indeed see La Gomera, but on a good day also La Palma. There were some beach umbrellas available in the apartment and even a small portable sunbed.
Basic apartament, a bit outdated but with big terrace. Parking possible on the street, just not always full of space
My family and I stayed for 1 month therefore I can provide a complex evaluation. The location of a flat is in the heart of Puerto de Santiago, 2 min to the beach and very close to the NP Teide. In a very close distance you can reach shops, restaurants, children playgrounds and medic help. The flat has great division - 2 bedrooms, kitchen with living room, bathroom and nice balcony for gazing at sunset. We were there during February / March and could use community swimming pool with sunbeds. Everything was clean and in great conditions. The property manager takes good care of his customers (immediate answer on Whatsapp + fast solution). Ratio: price / performance is 10/10. If I could go to Tenerife again, I would pick this apartment again.
