Our 2nd year here and love the apartment. It's bright and clean and has a good range of kitchen utensils and necessary cleaning products. Also there are quite lot of condiments which is very handy. We left some additional things ourselves which hopefully the next guests will enjoy.
Loved the view of the Montana Roja and Tejita while staying inside and outside on balcony and terrace, where you can have wonderful breakfasts with a view.
Excellent cleanliness everywhere especially the bathroom and nice forniture with comfortable bed.
The private parking spot inside the garage was really helpful since outside parking was often full.
Sarka was a great host, really flexible for check-in and check-out times if the room was already available.
A very nice and cozy apartment facing the Red Mountain. We rented a car throughout the trip, location was great for us as it wasn’t far from the highway. You will reach the next town called El Medano in less than 10 minutes by car, which you can find many good restaurants. Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 3 minutes walk to the small complex with a grocery store and a few restaurants. The owner was so kind to let us checkout in the afternoon as our flight was in the evening.
The company who manages this property are super professional. Nicole was such a darling at check in. they even let us do late check out for our late evening flight so we could have a shower after the day at the beach. the pool area is so good and clean and the views to montana roja , tejita are to die for. also it has a garage space included. just so many good things. We have already booked our stay of two weeks for the next year in the exact same place.Really good the top terrace too.Apartment without aircon, we where here in April and is nice and windy. it might be a problem in the depth of the summer because the house gets all day sunshine and does get hot.
A quiet location with shops,bars and restaurants less than a 2 minute walk away.
The apartment was spotless and had a terrace and also a roof terrace.
The bed was comfortable and the apartment was equipped with everything you could need.
