The location is ideal, the view and sounds of the water make it a calm and restful stay. It was very clean. Javier was so helpful and responsive.

High quality, very clean and comfortable apartments. You can get to them by a modern elevator or by beautiful, clean stairs. The location is great, close to the beach, food shops and cafes, but away from the noise of the waterfront, worth the price. We will definitely come here again.

This spacious , well equipped and spotless apartment was perfect for our stay. It is right on the prom with spectacular views. Very good shops nearby and 10 minutes walk to the magnificent auditorium which we attended 3 times during the festival. Laura and Javier are great hosts and Lucia and her husband gave us a warm welcome.

I've been to the city a lot of times since I did my student exchange there. If you want to stay in Las Palmas, the area around La Cicer, where the flat is located, is one of the best spots, especially if you are into surfing. There is a Spar right out on the street, and a shopping centre at a 5 min walking distance. If you don't mind walking, you can walk along the beach to the upper part of Las Canteras, where the beach is more suitable for swimming, Santa Catalina park, etc. Free parking might be a challenge if you don't know how to navigate the mostly one-way streets, but it is possible. There are a few parking garages too, although they are not the cheapest.
