The location was perfect for us, being right next to the beach and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The underground parking onsite is essential as on street parking in this area is almost impossible!
Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. Very safe and comfortable parking. A couple of grocery shops around.

Location, quiet street, just a few metres from beach front (second line property with slight sea view if you stretch your neck at the window). Very clean apartment with good tvs in lounge and lounge area, washing machine and small courtyard useful for drying clothes. Air con as needed in lounge area. Towels supplied, main bedroom bed comfortable and lounge sofa also doubles up as a bed.
Excellent location 20 seconds from the beach. Clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured in the photos. 10 min walk along beach front to las palmans shopping center. Loads of coffee shops and restaurants on sea front. Overall excellent location.
