Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Every receptionist was exceptionally kind, and helpful in every regard imaginable. The rooms are wonderful, and the 3rd floor balcony is a really nice spot to relax.
Very friendly staff. They took great care to share more about the city, answer any questions and support as needed. Also awesome location, 5 mins from last seats and 15 mins walk from the real alcazar and the cathedral
