Very welcoming reception and check-in, with a lot of useful information on getting around the hotel and the city. The room was cleaned daily and impeccably, towels and sheets regularly changed.
Some furniture needs to be renewed, the breakfast could be more variative.
The location to the airport. Having a restaurant on site. The employees spoke English
The room was hot - horrifically hot. The shower drain would not drain properly and I thought my room was going to be flooded. When booking the hotel I did not put down 2 guests but was charged for 2. I was the only traveller. Also, I paid for breakfast but no where on the website when booking did it say breakfast began at 6:30 am. I had to leave for the airport at 5 am. So I was out the charges for 2 breakfasts as well.
