Cleanness, view of the balcony, it has everything & cozy. Also, whenever I have an inquiry, they answer immediately.

A centralized company manages this place and they send you the check-in information in advance, so everything is automated (so, just make sure you can access the code before you arrive if you don't have good cell service). They responded quickly when I had questions (via WhatsApp) and they allowed me to move rooms when I asked for a room that had a window that opened. I highly recommend requesting a room where you can open a window if that is something that you like (they show multiple pictures on the website but do not guarantee which one you will get). In addition to the cute apartment, there is a lot of communal seating in the building, so if you're traveling with friends or meeting new people, you can hang out there too (also a communal balcony). The location is awesome for visiting the old town (but if you have a car, make sure you familiarize yourself with options in advance, Vitoria does not allow cars in the center without parking permits or in paid lots).

I was not able to check my messages during transfers between airports, missed instructions how to get to the room. I was not able to dial the Help line phone number because my roaming did not work. It was about fifteen minutes oc confusion. trying to call from the cell phones of strangers, other tenants. It should be clear instructions how I will obtain room number and code upon arrival. I should have to know beforehand.

Very easy once we figured out the check-in, which works best on a mobile phone (NOT a laptop/computer); we appreciated the early check-in request was granted (that 1 hour helped!) and having a code was easier than keeping track of keys.

Our studio was lovely and we wish we’d been there for more than one night. Much more spacious and comfortable than a hotel room, with a kitchenette, a table and chairs, and even a washing machine. Very clean and quiet. Super easy check-in with the access code sent on time. Good wifi. Comfortable bed, AMAZING shower (very strong pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, soap and shampoo provided plus a shelf if you want to use your own). Couldn’t believe how wonderful this place was for an extremely reasonable price. One of our best stays during 3 months in Spain.
