Het complex met appartementen bevindt zich in de heuvels in de buurt van Mijas en Calahonda in een doodlopend straatje. waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Bijzonder ruim en smaakvol en luxueus ingericht appartement op het gelijkvloers, volledig uitgerust met alle mogelijke comfort. Groot zonnig terras met klein tuintje (gazon). Vanaf het terras geniet je van een vrij zicht op de mooie groene omgeving en de zee in de verte. Op het domein 2 zwembaden, een padelveld en gym, vrij te gebruiken. Absolute meerwaarde is de private beveiligde parking vlakbij het appartement. Een wagen is wel wenselijk gelet op de ligging van het complex. De sympathieke gastvrije Vlaamse eigenaars zijn heel bereikbaar indien nodig. Kortom, een aanrader !
