We absolutely loved the authentic vibes and comfortable set up. The outside spaces and proximity to the streets and sites of Venice were great.
Property is located in a spot very convenient to site seeing in Venice. Walking distance to water taxies. Owner worked with me diligently to meet my needs.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here in Venice. With such a great location easy walk to the water and tons of restaurants right outside the door. the apartment was very clean and we LOVED the terrace.
Perfect location for us, close to St Marks in one direction, Biennale/Arsenale in the other. Lots of great food, as well as a convenience store close. 5 minute walk to Zaccaria vaporetto stop. Nice size place, full kitchen. 3rd floor porch/balcony. Host was very helpful and communicative.
