Great location (near the free beach), quiet, there are anti-moss nets on the windows and air conditioning, dishes and cutlery were also available. Private parking is available on the territory, driving into the parking lot by car is no problem.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Via dei Giardini sehr genossen! Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Lage, man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Strand und bei diversen Restaurants. Ein großes Plus auch, dass der Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke liegt und bestens sortiert ist (Frischfischtheke etc.). Wenn man mal von Ausflügen absieht, kann man hier tatsächlich alles zu Fuß machen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die kleine private Terrasse vor der Haustür, mit Gasgrill, Außendusche, Sonnenliegen und Esstisch. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung selbst ist eher schlicht, aber man findet alles vor, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, inklusive genügend Stauraum für mitgebrachte Sachen. Insbesondere über die Mückengitter und die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Und die von anderen bereits erwähnte Parksituation erscheint zunächst tatsächlich etwas kniffelig, aber selbst mit unserem SUV haben wir schlussendlich problemlos ein- und ausfahren können.
