The location is ideal, especially if you want to visit the Biennale exhibition. The apartment is just perfect for 2/3 people and there's a nice separation between upstairs and downstairs areas. We only stayed one night but could easily see staying for longer, the place has everything you need and is great value for money considering average Venice prices.
A very good location, quite close to San Marco Square.It's a mix of old and new.It's a decent house, where you have almost everything you want and where you can feel at home.
