Situation dans Palermo. Grand appartement très agréable. Je l'avais déjà loué.
Staff a l’écoute et donne de bons conseils
Appartement très spacieux et fonctionnel
Le logement est magnifique. Le mobilier, les chambres, les plafonds sont extraordinaires. Bakari qui nous a accueilli était adorable et nous a tout expliqué. Il a été réactif et attentionné.
L'emplacement et le confort de l' appartement.
La réactivité de l' hôte. Nous sommes arrivés tard (1h du matin) et nous n'arrivions pas à ouvrir la porte. Nous avons appelé l'hôte qui nous a répondu malgré l'heure tardive et qui nous a renvoyé un lien pour ouvrir la porte.
L'hôte est très réactif et répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes. Nous étions d'ailleurs passé par lui pour réserver un taxi de l' aéroport à l' appartement.
L'appartement est très propre,bien agencé,il y a beaucoup de place. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec de quoi faire du café et un petit déjeuner. Il y a beaucoup de couchages, clim réversible. Ouverture avec serrure sécurisée (besoin du téléphone connecté à internet).
Les draps sont neufs et de qualité.
Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut.
Le gérant est très disponible, il a été réactif à toutes mes demandes.
L'emplacement est idéal car à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de la ville et ce qu'il faut voir. Il y a une place avec un parking juste à côté.
