I did not see the staff in person as I arranged pretty late at night but they were very helpful in arranging checkin online
Good location from the train station. Clean room. Easy check in.
Bed is very comfy and the room has a lot of space. Everything was so clean which I love. There was a common area with water and free coffee.
The host was very kind, place has shared bathroom.
Very friendly and helpful hostess, met me there at the exact time I said I would arrive. Even though she did not speak much English she was still a good communicator. There is a lift so no need to walk up. my single room had a balcony which was nice although it just faced an inner courtyard of other apartments. Short walking distance to old town and train station. Shared kitchen with small refrigerator and tea or coffee.
